The default currency for reports can be altered by going to Settings > Account Settings > Configuration > Invoices and Documents
Altered currencys that require an exchange rate for conversion can return an exchange rate from a selection of banks and institutions offering exchange rates.
To select your bank go to Settings > ACcount Settings > Configuration > Exchange Rate Options
