Simply visit Settings > Account Settings > Order URL supplying your ordering system address.
For example: http://yourapplication.com/order={{id}}
That way if you go to your invoice and warehouse documents list and click on an order number, for example ORD123, you will be automatically redirected to: http:// yourapplication.com/order=ORD123.
