If you are to be issuing similar invoices for single clients Invoice4u can generate and send these invoices automatically as a recurring invoice.
This setting is initiated by going to Settings > Account Settings > Enable Recurring Invoices
You can issue a new recurring invoice by going to Income > Recurring Invoices
You will be presented with a number of settings such as the frequency of issue. Once filled in the recurring invoice is operational.
